My stay at Sintesa Peninsula Hotel was a mixed bag. The location was pretty remote, far from the vibrant parts of Palembang, making it a bit inconvenient. While the staff were super helpful and the food was tasty, especially the "pindang tulang," the overall experience was below average compared to other hotels in the area.
